Description

Number 17, 1949 – Hand Painted Oil Painting Reproduction by Jackson Pollock

Refresh your wall decor with our hand-painted canvas reproduction of Jackson Pollock’s Number 17, 1949, a celebrated icon of abstract expressionism and drip painting.

Pollock created this work by laying canvas flat on the ground, pouring and flicking paint across the surface. Against a warm pale tan base, wild tangled black lines weave freely, layered with vivid emerald green patches, creamy off-white strokes and soft pale grey splashes. The all-over composition has no single focal point, capturing the spontaneous, gestural movement of Pollock’s painting performance. Intertwined drips, thin threads and bold paint blots build rich, dynamic texture across the whole canvas.

Our skilled artists recreate this artwork 100% by hand on premium canvas. This is NOT a machine print. Every tangled line, paint splash and subtle colour blending is hand-painted to faithfully replicate the original artwork’s energetic rhythm, colour palette and tactile paint texture.

This abstract artwork works beautifully for living rooms, contemporary offices, boutique hotel spaces and art studios. It is a wonderful art gift for Jackson Pollock collectors and fans of action painting.
